Will you engrave items purchased from outside your store?

We do engrave items you bring into the store but there are some restrictions on what we can engrave. Please call, email or come in and see us about the item you want engraved.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround is four business days depending on the workload but we can normally do it quicker if you need it.

Do I need to create my own artwork?

No. While you are more than welcome to create your own art, our graphic people are awesome at their job and will design your award layout for you.

Will I get a proof emailed to me before my award is engraved?

Yes, we will send you a proof. Please look over it Carefully.

Do you engrave jewelry or watches?

We do not.

What if I need a certain size plate?

We can cut plates to the size you request.

Do you have a showroom?

Do you repair broken awards?

We might be able to replace broken parts but we do not repair awards.
