I had a very late idea that compressed my window for getting a customized trophy to only a single day. The associate was gracious enough to work with me to customize and complete this order in a very accelerated timeframe, which I doubt other stores would have been able to accommodate. She was patient to work through my ideas and we were ultimately able to deliver on my vision.
